What's the best boba you've ever had?
I get asked this question a LOT. Probably even more than "You nut, why do you have a boba blog?"
So here's my Top 3*, in order:
1. Lollicup - Guilin, China
2. Verde - Mountain View, Calif./Cupertino, Calif.
3. Waku-Waku Teahouse - Windsor, Ontario
*rankings based on taste and texture of black milk tea w/ tapioca

Catherine, I do not lie when i say this is the BEST BOBA EVER.
Tiff agrees.
you MUST go if you haven't yet (when you're done in socal i guess ;P)
fantasia's yellow aiyu jelly w/pearls. THE BEST. or their normal pmt. :DDDD
The boba at lollicup in guilin was good??
Anyway, I like my boba soft and chewy so I'd say my favorite is at Little Bean, which you've been to, the boba is good when it firms up a bit (twss), versus the gooey-ness it is when you first receive the product.
The best I've had was outside our hostel in Nanjing, DELICIOUS!
really?? one of your best was in windsor? the place we went to or that little corner place that we tried to get into but was closed?
i've been reading your blog this morning. and i am developing a hankering for boba.
i blame you.
